Dorset Apartments City (Peterborough St) is centrally located. Peterborough St is close to the cultural precinct, Cathedral Square, Casino and the Christchurch Convention Centre. It is located just a few steps down from the corner of Peterborough St and Colombo St.

Dorset Apartment St Albans is located on Bishop St, St Albans. This is a quiet residential street directly off Bealey Ave, at the northern end of the central city. Dorset Apartments is two blocks from Bealey Ave, on the right hand side of the road.
