One Bedroom Apartment

Each comfortable and cosy one bedroom apartment accommodates two adults, and has a separate bedroom with fully-made queen-sized bed, bedside tables with lamps and a mirror. Each apartment has a small lounge which is furnished with a sofa, TV and DVD player.

A kitchenette is provided with fridge-freezer, tea, coffee, herbs and spices. Spotlessly clean bathrooms, all towels, bathmats and bedroom linen provided. Please note that one-bedroom apartments are smaller and therefore do not have separate dining rooms. Bathrooms and laundry facilities may be in the same room. All apartments include heating.

WiFi internet access is available. Rollaway or pull-out sofa beds can be made up in the lounge for up to 1 extra guest per night.

Two Bedroom Apartment

Each charming and comfortable, two-bedroom apartment accommodates four adults, and has two separate bedrooms with fully-made queen-sized beds, bedside tables with lamps and mirrors. Lounges are fully furnished with sofas, a TV and DVD player.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities, fridge-freezer, tea, coffee, herbs and spices. Laundry facilities are available (these may be in the same room as the bathroom). Spotlessly clean bathrooms, all towels, bathmats and bedroom linen provided. All apartments include heating. 

Rollaway or extra single beds can be provided for up to 2 extra guests per night. WiFi internet access is available. The virtual tour shows one of the larger bedrooms that has been fitted with an extra single bed.

One Bedroom Apartment

Located in leafy Bishop St - just 5 minutes drive from the central city - Dorset Apartments St Albans one-bedroom units are affordable and comfortable. With plenty of carparking, available they are an ideal option for those relocating, emigrating, or just looking for a quiet, well-priced accommodation option close to the central city.

Available for stays of 1 night up to several weeks, each St Albans apartment is fully furnished, with one queen bedroom, large lounge with TV and DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, herbs and spices, bathroom and garaged carpark.

Zenbu WiFi internet is available at low cost. Beds are fully made and all bathroom linen is also included. There is a communal laundry room with washing machines and dryers for guest use. Housekeeping is included. Up to one extra guest can be accommodated on a rollaway bed in the lounge if needed.

Two-Bedroom Winter Welcome Package - $190.00

• One night's accommodation in a two-bedroom apartment for four people
• Airport transfers one way, for four people (prebooked to meet your flight or train).
• Four continental breakfast packs, choose either a) toast, milk, juice, spreads or b) cereal, milk, juice, fruit pot.
• Free $20.00 voucher for WiFi internet use at the apartment during your stay
  

Winter Welcomes - The Small Print

There's no doubt that our Winter Welcomes are great deals, but here's a few things to keep in mind when you book one: 

• One Winter Welcome Package per stay, applies.
• All Winter Welcome Packages are for stays at our City property, Peterborough St. 
• To book, please email us at stay@dorsetapartments.co.nz - or book your preferred apartment size  through our secure booking page and put a note in the comments box stating that you wish to book a Winter Welcome package. We'll take care of the rest!
• To allow us to prebook your shuttle transfer, please send us your flight number and flight arrival time. If arriving by train, we will need to know if you are arriving on the Tranzalpine from Greymouth/Arthurs Pass, or the TranzScenic from Picton/Kaikoura. 
• Please allow at least 24 hours notice for our staff to organise a Winter Welcome Package for you.
• Winter Welcome Packages are available from 15 April until 30 October 2010. We reserve the right to withdraw these or any other deals from our website at any time (current bookings will stand).
