There are several ways you can place your reservation. For instant real-time availability, use the online booking engine on the left. This will let you know whether there is an apartment available for the dates you require. You can then book directly online, using your credit card - our staff will check and confirm your booking via return email. This email will contain all the information you require about checking in to your apartment.
We may occasionally have a one bedroom apartment available even if only a two bedroom is showing online. Please enquire.
If you prefer not to use this form, you can phone our staff and we will organise your booking over the phone. Just call (0064) (0)3 366 8268, or free phone 0800 DORSET (within NZ only), and we will take it from there. Phone bookings are available from 8.00am to 6.00pm, New Zealand time, seven days a week.

Dorset Apartments requires a credit card number, name and expiry date when placing your reservation. When your booking is confirmed, we will charge a 10% deposit to your credit card.
Your credit card will be charged for the remaining amount in full, 7 days prior to your arrival.

We require your credit card details for payment of your 10% deposit, remaining payment, and to secure your booking. Your credit card information is completely confidential.
Dorset Apartments require credit card details to guarantee your apartment booking and for the payment of your apartment. We regret that we cannot hold an apartment for you without your valid credit card details.
We accept Visa or Mastercard.
We are only able to charge your credit card in New Zealand dollars at this time.

Dorset Apartments still has some availability for Christmas and New Years bookings. There is a two-day minimum stay in place covering these dates. If you wish to stay the 24th of December, you must also be booked in for the 25th of December - there are no check-ins or check-outs on Christmas Day. If you wish to stay New Year's Eve (31st December), you must also book in for the 1st of January. Please ask our staff if you have questions related to bookings over Christmas and New Years.
